COMME des GARÇONS Melbourne offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, fragrance, underwear, and swimwear are ineligible for return unless faulty.

Return Process

  Contact our Melbourne boutique team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Boutique

  Send your return via a trackable courier service to our street address; we recommend purchasing insurance as the package remains your responsibility until it arrives.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the garment's condition and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days to your original payment method.
